Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI LODR, this is to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today i.e. January 14, 2021, on the recommendation of Nomination & Remuneration Committee and Audit Committee of the Company viz. Digicontent Limited, approved the appointment of Mr. Ajay S. Nair as CFO (KMP) w.e.f. January 14, 2021.

The relevant information pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI LODR read with SEBI Circular No. CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated September 9, 2015, is as under:
