CHANGE OF PRINCIPAL PLACE OF BUSINESS IN THE PRC

The board (the “ Board ”) of directors (the “ Directors ”) of Differ Group Auto Limited (the “ Company ”) hereby announces that the principal place of business of the Company in the People’s Republic of China (the “ PRC ”) has been changed to Unit 1309, 13/F., Xinjingdi Building, No. 469 Gaolin Middle Road, Huli District, Xiamen City, Fujian Province, PRC with effect from 31 January 2024.
