This announcement is made by Differ Group Auto Limited (In Liquidation) (the "Company") pursuant to Rule 13.09 and 13.24A of the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (the "Listing Rules") and the Inside Information Provisions (as defined under the Listing Rules) under Part XIVA of the Securities and Futures Ordinance (Chapter 571 of the Laws of Hong Kong).

References are made to the announcements of the Company dated 31 March 2025, 11 April 2025, 6 May 2025, 21 May 2025, 30 June 2025, 29 September 2025 and 31 December 2025 (collectively, the "Announcements"). Unless the context requires otherwise, capitalised terms used herein shall have the same meanings as those defined in the Announcements.

QUARTERLY UPDATE ON RESUMPTION PROGRESS

To date, the Liquidators and the Company are continuing to explore opportunity in respect of the potential restructuring of the Company in order to fulfill the conditions set out in the Resumption Guidance. The Company will keep the shareholders and the investors informed by publishing further announcements as and when appropriate.

CONTINUED SUSPENSION OF TRADING

Trading in the shares of the Company on the Stock Exchange, which has been suspended with effect from 11:00 a.m. on 31 March 2025, will remain suspended until further notice.
