The board (the “ Board ”) of directors (the “ Directors ”) of Differ Group Auto Limited (the “ Company ”) hereby announces that the principal place of business of the Company in Hong Kong has been changed to Unit 2105 on 21/F of West Tower Shun Tak Centre, Nos.168-200 Connaught Road Central, Hong Kong with effect from 24 May 2024.
