CLARIFICATION ANNOUNCEMENT

Reference is made to the announcement of the Company of 4 July 2023 (the “ Announcement ”) in relation to, among other things, the Memorandum of Understanding entered between the Company and the Investor on 4 July 2023. Unless otherwise stated, terms used herein shall have the same meanings as those defined in the Announcement.

The Company wishes to clarify that there is a typo mistake appeared on page 2 of the Announcement in the paragraph headed “Exclusivity”, where the word “Company” in the second last line of such paragraph shall read as “Investor” instead.

Such mistake was made inadvertently and the Company confirms that save for the above amendment, the content of the Announcement remains unchanged and accurate.
