VOLUNTARY ANNOUNCEMENT INCLUSION IN THE MSCI CHINA SMALL CAP INDEX

This is a voluntary announcement made by Differ Group Holding Company Limited (the “ Company ”).

The board of directors of the Company (the “ Board ”) is pleased to announce that the Company has been selected as a constituent stock of the MSCI China Small Cap Index, with effect after market close on 30 November 2020. The Board believes that the Company’s inclusion into such index of MSCI represents the capital market’s recognition of the Company’s value and performance. The Company will continue to actively seek and seize market opportunities, which will result in realization of the value of investment in the Company.
