NOTICE OF BOARD MEETING

The board (the “ Board ”) of directors (the “ Directors ”) of Differ Group Holding Company Limited (the “ Company ”) hereby announces that a meeting of the Board will be held on Monday, 17 August 2015 for the purposes of, among other matters, approving the unaudited interim results of the Company and its subsidiaries for the six months ended 30 June 2015 (the “ Interim Results ”) and the announcement of the Interim Results to be published on the website of the Stock Exchange and the Company, and considering the recommendation on the payment of dividend, if any.
