This announcement is made by Differ Group Auto Limited (In Liquidation) (the "Company") pursuant to Rule 13.51(5) of the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited.

RESIGNATION OF REGISTERED OFFICE

The Company wishes to announce that Conyers Trust Company (Cayman) Limited has resigned as the Registered Office and Assistant Secretary of the Company with effect from 11 September 2025.

The Company noted that, following the resignation of Conyers Trust Company (Cayman) Limited as the Registered Office and Assistant Secretary of the Company, the below registered office address of the Company in the Cayman Islands will cease to be valid:

The Company will use its best endeavor to seek a suitable candidate to fill the vacancy of the Registered Office and Assistant Secretary of the Company. The Company will make further announcement as and when appropriate.
