DIVIDEND DECLARATION

Dicker Data Limited (ASX: DDR) is pleased to announce the declaration of a final dividend of $0.0275 per fully paid ordinary share, fully franked in relation to the year ended 30 June 2013.

Details of the dividend are as follows:

Dividend Amount: $0.0275 per share Franking: 100% Dividend Type: Final Ex-div Date: 25 September 2013 Record Date: 1 October 2013 Payment Date: 10 October 2013 Dispatch Date: 10 October 2013 Other Information: $0.0275 franked at 30%

Shareholders are advised that the dividend payment will be paid on a compulsory direct credit basis. Contact has been made with shareholders to request bank details and these are to be supplied directly to the Companies share registry, Boardroom Limited.

There is currently no dividend reinvestment scheme in place for the Company.
