Release from Voluntary Escrow

DGL Group Limited (ASX:DGL), advises that pursuant to ASX Listing Rule 3.10A, 245,256 quoted fully paid ordinary shares are due to be released from voluntary escrow on 8 February 2024.

The shares were issued as part consideration of the remuneration reviews for the Executive management team and were subject to voluntary escrow period of 6 months.
