Release from Voluntary Escrow
DGL Group Limited (ASX:DGL) (NZX:DGC), advises that pursuant to ASX Listing Rule 3.10A, 946,403 quoted fully paid ordinary shares are due to be released from voluntary escrow on 17 January 2022.
The shares, issued to vendors as part consideration for the acquisition of Label Connect, which were subject to a voluntary escrow period of 6 months.
