Release from Voluntary Escrow

DGL Group Limited (ASX:DGL) (NZX:DGC), advises that pursuant to ASX Listing Rule 3.10A, 74,627 quoted fully paid ordinary shares are due to be released from voluntary escrow on 1 July 2022.

The shares were issued following performance reviews to Key Management Personnel for the year ending 30 June 2021 and were subject to a voluntary escrow period of 9 months from the date of issue.
