Release from Voluntary Escrow

DGL Group Limited (ASX:DGL), advises that pursuant to ASX Listing Rule 3.10A, 1,000,000 quoted fully paid ordinary shares are due to be released from voluntary escrow on 2 November 2023.

The shares, issued to vendors as part consideration for the acquisition of Acacia Ridge Container Park, were subject to a voluntary escrow period of 12 months.
