Release from Voluntary Escrow

DGL Group Limited (ASX:DGL) (NZX:DGC), advises that pursuant to ASX Listing Rule 3.10A, 2,653,061 quoted fully paid ordinary shares are due to be released from voluntary escrow on 9 December 2022.

The shares, issued to vendors as part consideration for the acquisition of Austech Chemicals Pty Ltd, were subject to a voluntary escrow period of 12 months.
