Description
DGL Group Limited (‘DGL’) was admitted to the Official List of ASX Limited (‘ASX’) today, Thursday, 20 May 2021.
Official quotation of DGL’s ordinary fully paid shares will commence at 10:30 AM AEST on Monday, 24 May 2021.
DGL raised $100 million pursuant to the offer under its prospectus dated 5 May 2021 (‘Prospectus’) by the issue of 100 million shares at an issue price of $1.00 per share.
