Appointments of CFO and General Counsel

DGL Group Limited (ASX:DGL), (DGL Group or the Company) is pleased to announce the appointment of its new Chief Financial Officer, Mr Frank Izzo.

Frank is a Chartered Accountant who has a distinguished career to date. He has been a senior finance executive with ASX200 and large corporations operating in the agriculture, B2B and industrial industries.

Frank’s experience has strong alignment with the Company having spent 10 years at ASX listed agribusiness Elders, holding senior corporate finance leadership roles where he gained extensive experience in financial reporting, FP&A, strategy, M&A and integration. Frank’s previous roles include Finance Director at Ferrovial Construction Australia, Finance Lead - Business Transformation at Infrabuild and Head of FP&A at Liberty Steel. He also has 9 years Chartered practice experience, having held business & tax advisory roles within mid-tier firms.

Frank will commence with the Company on 29 April 2024 and will operate out of the corporate office in the Sydney CBD.

The Company also wishes to advise the appointment of Hanna Posa to the role of General Counsel for the DGL Group. Hanna has extensive experience advising ASX-listed companies across various matters including general corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, commercial contracting, corporate governance and regulatory compliance.

Hanna’s previous experience includes acting as Senior Legal Counsel at ASX-listed fintech company Beforepay Group Limited. Prior to this, Hanna spent ten years working in private practice, most recently as Special Counsel at HWL Ebsworth Lawyers. Across these roles, Hanna has advised medium and large-scale businesses on navigating varied issues across highly regulated environments and diverse industries.

Hanna will lead the Company’s legal function and provide strategic guidance to the broader executive management team and the Board.

Hanna will be a welcomed addition to the Sydney corporate office where she will work alongside Frank and DGL Chief Operating Officer, Alex Wing. The corporate office will house the Company’s key finance, legal and corporate functions, supported by DGL’s established administration and operational office in Parramatta, NSW.
