Roto Smeets Group NV becomes Verenigde Nederlandse Compagnie NV
In the Extraordinary Meeting of Shareholders Roto Smeets Group NV ("RSG") held on September 23, 2015 the amendment of the Articles of Association was one of the resolutions that were taken. One of the changes involved the company's name. As of today the registered name of RSG is changed to Verenigde Nederlandse Compagnie NV. The sold activity of the NV, Roto Smeets Group BV, shall continue with its current name.
As of today the listing of the company on Euronext takes place under the new registered name Verenigde Nederlandse Compagnie NV, ISIN: NL0009169515 and ticker symbol VNC.
As stated in the press release following the Extraordinary Meeting of Shareholders on 27 November repayment of the by the Shareholders approved amount of EUR 4.124 per share will be executed.
The repayment will be done according to the following schedule:
