Result of General Meeting

Digital Barriers plc (AIM: DGB), the specialist provider of visually intelligent technologies to the global surveillance, security and safety markets, announces that following the General Meeting of shareholders held earlier today at the offices of Osborne Clarke LLP, One London Wall, London EC2Y 5EB, all resolutions were duly passed by the requisite majority. The number of proxies received in respect of each resolution were as follows:
