| Based on the shareholders' approval in the Annual General Meeting held on 21 November 2022, Deyaar had signed a Conditional Settlement Agreement with Limitless for an amount of AED 500 million to settle a legal dispute concerning certain land plots. Deyaar received AED 200 million during the year 2022 upon execution of the Agreement and the remaining amount of AED 300 million is to be received within 18 months from date of the signed Agreement. بنـاء على موافقة مســــاهمي الشـــــركـة في اجتمـاع الـجمعيـة العمومية المنعقد بتاريخ 21 نوفمبر 2022، وقعت ديار اتفاقية تسوية ودية مشروطة مع شركة ليمتليس بمبلغ قدره 500 مليون در هم لتســــويــة نزاع قــانونـى حول مجموعــة أراضـــي. تســـلمت ديار مبلغ 200 مليون در هم خلال عام 2022 عند توقيع الاتفاقية على أن يتم تســـــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــ مليون در هم المتبقية خلال مدة 18 شـــــهراً من تاريخ توقيع الاتفاقية في 20 مايو 2024، استلمت ديار المبلغ المتبقى من قيمة التسوية والبالغ 300 مليون در هم. |
