Brief profiles of the nominees for Deyaar Development PJSC Board Membership 2022

1	Mr. Abdullah Al Hamli	Holds a bachelor's Degree in Economics and Mathematics from Al Ain University. He served as a Director of Information Systems at Dubai Ports and Free Zone, and head of IT in Port Rashid. Al Hamli is currently the Managing Director of Dubai Islamic Bank, Chairman of Emirates REIT and Chairman of Tanmyah LLC.
$\overline{2}$	Mr. Mohammed Al Nahdi	Holds a bachelor's degree in accounting and management from University of Baghdad in 1981. Al Nahdi previously served as Senior Manager, personal banking at HSBC, Chief Retail Banking Officer and Chief Operating Officer at Dubai Islamic Bank PJSC. He is currently serves as a Board Member at Dubai Islamic Bank of Khartoum and Pakistan and Tanmyah services.
3	Mr. Mohamed Al Sharif	Holds Master of Science (MS) in Accounting from The Catholic University of America, and he is an accredited CPA from the Virginia State Council. Chief of global business & real estate Investments at Dubai Islamic Bank PJSC and vice chairman of Tamweel.

	4 Dr. Adnan Chilwan
		Holds a PhD in Marketing from the American University in London. He previously served as head of marketing in Qatar Islamic Bank and currently serves as Chief
		Executive Officer of Dubai Islamic Bank and board member of Tamweel. He is a

	Lootah	Holds a bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from the UAE University. He
		previously served as Vice President of the Private Real Estate Developments
		Department at Dubai Islamic Bank, besides being a board member at Arady Development.
6	Mr. Yasser Bin Zayed Al
	Falasi	Holds a bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from California State University, USA. Yasser previously served as senior head of bank card division in
		Dubai Islamic bank and senior purchasing manager in Dubai Office in London. He
		currently serves as General Manager at Dubai Office and board member at Falcon

	Ms. Maryam Bin Fares	Holds master's degree in international business from Wollongong University, Dubai
		and she is a graduate of UAE Women Leadership Program. Started her career in
		HSBC Bank and moved to Noor Islamic Bank. She currently serves as Senior
8	H.E Hamad Buamim	Manager Treasury Dealing in Ettihad Airways.
		Holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with honours in Finance from the
		University of Missouri, Kansas City, United States. He also holds a Bachelor of
		Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Southern California, Los Angeles.
		He previously served as Chairman of Emirates Financial Services and Chairman of Emirates NBD Capital. Mr. Buamim served as Board Member of number of entities
		including Central Bank of UAE, Dubai International Financial Center (DIFC), Emirates
		NBD, Network International, Kerzner International Holding and Union Properties.
		He is currently the President & CEO of Dubai Chamber of Commerce & Industry. He
		is also the Chairman of the Paris-based World Chambers Federation - International
		Chamber of Commerce (ICC). He is also a board member of Dubai Islamic Bank,
		Chairman of the National General Insurance PJSC and Board Member of Amanat PJSC.
9	Mr. Mohamed Mehdi	Holds master's degree in business administration and management accounting
	Felfoul	from university of Quebec in Montreal - Canada in addition to CPA. He previously
		served as a lecturer in University of Quebec, analyst in National Bank of Canada,
		head of finance in Silver Coast Construction and CFO at Galaxy Advanced. He is

11	Mr. Rashid Hasan Al	Holds a diploma in commerce and economy from Dubai Men's college. Established/
	Daboos	founded Al Madaen properties, Is'ham brokerage company, and Dira Capital in
		addition of managing private family business.
