Subject: Capital reduction procedures

Reference to the resolutions of the General Assembly Meeting held on 27 April 2022 which included shareholders' approval on capital reduction. We would like to notify the shareholders that the company has completed the procedures to obtain the final approval for capital reduction from Securities and Commodities Authority and the related authorities, therefore, the entitlement dates for capital reduction will be as followed:

• Last trading date: 9 June 2022
• Dates of trading suspension on company's shares to execute the action: 10 & 13 June 2022
• Execution date: 13 June 2022 (after trading hours)
• First trading date after the reduction: 14 June 2022

بالإشارة إلى قرارات اجتماع الجمعية العمومية المنعقد بتاريخ 27 ابريل 2022، والتي تضمنت موافقة المساهمين على تخفيض رأس مال الشسركة، فإننا نود إحاطة السسادة المساهمين علماً بأن الشركة قد استكملت الإجراءات الخاصة بالحصول على الموافقة النهائية لتخفيض رأس مال الشركة من هيئة الأوراق المالية والسلع والجهات ذات الصلة. وعليه ستكون تواريخ الاستحقاق المتعلقة بإجراءات التخفيض كالتالى:

• تاريخ اخر يوم تداول: 9 يونيو 2022
• تاريخ إيقاف التداول على أسهم الشركة لتنفيذ الإجراء: $\bullet$ 10 و13 يونيو 2022
• تاريخ التفعيل: 13 يونيو 2022 (بعد ساعات التداول) $\bullet$
