Deyaar's Fourth Board Meeting of the year 2021 of Deyaar Development P.J.S.C Results.

This to inform you that the fourth meeting of the Board of Directors of Deyaar Development PJSC for 2021 was held on Wednesday 08/12/2021 at 01:00 pm. The results of the meeting are as follows:

• 1- The Board approved the budget for 2022.
• 2- The Board approved in-principle the bank facilities.
• 3- The Board recommended to continue the execution proceedings of the judgment against Limitless, and in parallel to continue the negotiations with Limitless under the guidance of the Board's Committee formed for this purpose, should Limitless offers an appropriate settlement proposal to Deyaar, as part of the efforts to reach a final agreement to settle this matter as soon as possible.
• 4- The Board approved some normal business activities.

نتانج الاجتماع الرابع لمجلس إدارة شركة ديار للتطوير ش.م.ع لعام 2021

نود أن نحبطك علما بأن مجلس إدار ة شر كة ديار اللتطويـر (ش م ع) قد عقد اجتماعه الرابع للعام 2021 ، يوم الأربعاء الموافق 2021/12/08 الساعة الواحدة ظهراً، وفيما يلي نتائج الاجتماع

• 1. الموافقة على الموازنة التقديرية لعام 2022
• 1. الموافقة المبدئية على التسهيلات البنكية
• 1. أوصبي المجلس بمتابعة إجراءات تنفيذ الحكم الصادر لصالح شركة ديار ضد شركة ليتملس ، وكذلك أوصي المجلس بتكليف اللجنة المشكلة من أعضائه بالتفاوض مع شركة ليمتليس في حال قامت شركة ليمتلس بعرض تسوية ملائمة لشركة ديار وذلك ضمن المساعى للوصول لاتفاق وحل نهائي لهذا الموضوع في أقرب وقت ممكن
• 1. الموافقة على بعض الامور الاعتيادية.
