Reference to the above subject, we would like to inform our shareholders that the company is currently working on finalizing the process to effect the reduction of its capital as approved in the AGM, and obtain the required approvals from the relevant authorities according to the law.
We will disclose the effective date of the all related capital reduction once procedures are completed.
