Subject: Disclosure about court case judgment in favour of Deyaar Development
With reference to our disclosure dated 20 September 2018 related to the court cases between Deyaar Development and Limitless, we would like to inform you that the Court of Appeal has issued a judgement on 18 September 2019 in favour of Deyaar which confirms the judgment of Dubai Court of First Instance to terminate all sale and purchase agreements of the lands in dispute, and return all amounts paid against the price of the lands and a compensation.

بالإشارة إلى إفصاحنا السابق الصادر بتاريخ 20 سبتمبر 2018 حو ل القضايا المقامة بين شر كة دبار للتطوير وشركة ليمتلس، فإننا نود إعلامكم بأنه قد صدر بتاريخ 18 سبتمبر 2019 حكم محكمة الاستئناف في الدعاوى المتداولة مع شركة ليمتلس لصالح شركة ديار للتطوير والقاضبي بتأييد حكم محكمة دبى الابتدائية القاضى بفسخ عقود شراء الأراضي محل النزاع وإعادة جميع المبالغ المسددة من ثمن الأر اضبي بالإضافة إلى مبلغ تعويض.
