Brief profiles of the nominees for Deyaar Development PJSC Board Membership 2019

Abdullah Al Hamli	Holds a bachelor's Degree in Economics and Mathematics from Al Ain University.
	He served as a Director of Information Systems at Dubai Ports and Free Zone, and
	head of IT in Rashid Port. Al Hamli is currently the Managing Director of Dubai
	Islamic Bank and Chairman of Emirates REIT.
Abdullah Lootah	Holds a bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from the Higher Colleges of
	Technology. He has been the Vice Chairman of the Lootah Group of Companies
	since 1999.
Khalifa Al Zaffin	Holds a bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering from Arizona State University.
	He is currently the Executive Chairman of Dubai Aviation Corporation and
	Chairman of Dubai Aviation Engineering Projects a board member of the
	Executive Council for Infrastructure Affairs, Dubai World Trade Center and
	Cleveland Bridge.
Mohamed Al Sharif	Holds a Master of Science (MS) in Accounting from The Catholic University of
	America, and he is an accredited CPA from the Virginia State Council. Chief of
	Investment Banking at Dubai Islamic Bank PJSC.

Mohammed Al	Holds a bachelor's degree in accounting and management from University of
Nahdi	Baghdad in 1981. Al Nahdi previously served as Senior Manager, personal
	banking at HSBC and Chief Retail Banking Officer at Dubai Bank.
	He is currently a Chief Operating Officer at Dubai Islamic Bank PJSC. He also
	serves as a Board Member at Dubai Islamic Bank of Khartoum and Pakistan.
Adnan Chilwan	Holds a PhD in Marketing from the American University in London. He previously
	served as head of marketing in Qatar Islamic Bank and currently serves as Chief
	Executive Officer of Dubai Islamic Bank. He is a Certified Islamic Banker (CeIB).
Obaid Nasser	Holds a bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from the UAE University
Lootah	1982. Vice President of the Private Real Estate Developments Department at Dubai Islamic Bank, besides being a board member at Arady Development.
Yasser Bin Zayed Al	Holds a bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from California State
Falasi	University, USA. Yasser previously served as senior head of bank card division in
	Dubai Islamic bank and senior purchasing manager in Dubai Office in London. He
	currently serves as Chief Operating Officer at Dubai Office.
Marwan Al Naqi	Holds a master's Degree in Finance and Investments from East Michigan
	University, USA. Al Nagi served as head of portfolio in Istithmar World a
	subsidiary of Dubai World, CEO in Palm Energy and a director in Nakheel. He also
	served as board member in number of companies within finance, real estate,
	hospitality and IT. He is also a graduate of Mohammed Bin Rashid Leadership
	program.
Mona Fekri	Holds a bachelor's Degree in General Science from UAE University and worked in
	many sectors throughout her career, starting with Al Futtaim Group to Emirates,
	Dubai World, Meydan, Community Development Authority and TECOM Investments. She currently serves as GM Human Resources in Ducab.
Maryam Bin Fares	Holds a master's Degree in International Business from Wollongong University,
	Dubai and she is a graduate of UAE Women Leadership Program. Started her
	career in HSBC Bank and moved to Noor Islamic Bank. She currently serves as
	Senior Manager Treasury Dealing in Ettihad Airways.
Saeed Al Haddadi	Holds a master's Degree in Civil Engineering from UAE University and a master's
	degree in Business Administration from Abu Dhabi University. Through his 11
	year of experience, he previously served as a project engineer in Abu Dhabi
	Sewer Service Company and Projects section head in The Center of Waste
	Management and he is currently the director of contracts and procurement
	department. Al Haddadi is an expert licensed Civil Engineer, EFQM internal
	Assessor and certified project, management professional (PMP)
