Subject: Denial of rumors circulating through social media regarding a Court Case Judgment.
It has come to our notice that, some rumors are circulating in the social media about a court case judgment in favour of our Company. We would like to clarify that, the Company has no legal cases with Nakheel, the court case with Limitless is still pending in the court and has not yet reached a final judgment.
The Company will disclose the outcome of the final judgments, as and when the final judgments are issued.
Concerning the increase in trading of the shares of the Company, we confirm that, there are no new events relating to its operational activities, which are not disclosed to the Authorities.

لقد لاحظنا أن بعض الشائعات تنتشر في بعض وسائل التواصل
الاجتماعي حول حكم قضائي لصالح شركة ديار . نود أن نوضح
أنه لا توجد حاليا أي قضية مع أو ضد شركة نخيل ، وأن القضايا المقامة لدى المحاكم بين شركة ديار وشركة ليمتليس لا تزال قيد النظر في المحاكم المختصة ولم يصدر فيها حكم نهائي حتى تاريخه
ستقوم الشركة بالإفصاح عن نتيجة أية أحكام قضائيةلها تأثير جو هري على الوضع المالي للشركة عند إصدار المحاكم المختصة الاحكام النمائية
وفيما يتعلَّق بالارتفاع في التداول على أسهم الشركة ، نؤكد أنه لا توجد أحداث جديدة تتعلق بأنشطتها التشغيلية لم يتم الافصاح عنها إلى الجهات المختصة
