This to inform you that the second Board of Directors of Deyaar Development PJSC for 2016 was held where the Board reviewed, discussed and resolved the followings:

• 1- Reviewed the preliminary of the non reviewed profit for the first quarter of the financial year 2016 and authorized the Executive Committee to approve the financial statement upon completion and to be disclosed during the legal period.
• 2- Formed the new Company's committees and elected its members (Audit, Executive and Nomination & Remuneration Committee)
• 3- Discussed other routine matters.
