This to inform you that the first Board of Directors of Deyaar Development PJSC for 2016 was held where the Board reviewed, discussed and resolved the followings:

• 1- Approved the Company's Financials of the year ended 31/12/2015.
• 2- The Board called for the General Assembly's Meeting on 28/03/2016 and authorized the CEO and the General Counsel to liaise with authority and the announcement.
• 3- Discussed other routine matters.
