Please be informed that Mr. Sachin B. Shinde, Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the Company, has tendered his resignation from the services of the Company due to personal reasons, which has been accepted by the Company.
He will continue to hold his current position of CFO until close of business hours of 03[rd] March 2023.
Mr. Sachin Shinde has confirmed that there are no other material reasons for his resignation.
Mr. Sachin B. Shinde will also ceased to be Key Managerial Personnel under Regulation 30(5) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 for determining the materiality of any event or transaction for making the required disclosures to the Stock Exchange w.e.f. from the close of business hours of 03[rd] March 2023.
The requisite details as per Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with Schedule III thereof and SEBI Circular No. CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated September 9, 2015 is enclosed as Annexure- I.
The Company is in the process of identifying / appointing a new CFO and shall inform the Stock Exchanges once the position of CFO is filled up.
