This is with reference to the captioned subject. The Board at its meeting held today, inter alia :

• 1) Took note of the resignation of Chief Financial Officer, Mr. Sachin B. Shinde with effect from the closing business hours of Friday, 03[rd] March, 2023;

• 2) Based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, decided to appoint Mr. Nitin Parab as the Chief Financial Officer with effect from Saturday, 04[th] March, 2023.

• 3) Decided that Mr. Nitin Parab will be a Key Managerial Personnel under Regulation 30(5) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 for determining the materiality of any event or transaction for making the required disclosures to the Stock Exchange w.e.f. 04[th] March, 2023.

The meeting of the Board of Directors commenced at 14.00 hrs. IST and ended on 14.30 hrs. IST.
