This is to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today i.e. 31st March 2022 at the registered office of the company at 82, Maker Chambers III, Nariman Point, Mumbai - 400 021 have, interalia, considered and decided the following:

1. The Board of Directors has appointed Mrs. Monisha J Dalia as an Additional (Independent) Director of the Company with effect from 31st March 2022.

In accordance of provisions of Section 149, 150, 152 and schedule IV and section 161 (1) read with Companies (Appointment and Qualification of Directors) — Amendment Rules, 2018, and other applicable provisions, sections, rules of the Companies Act, 2013 (including any modifications or re-enactment thereof for the time being in force). The Board Proposing Mrs. Monisha J Dalia (DIN-00463741) be and is hereby appointed as an Additional (Independent) Director of the Company w.e.f. March 31, 2022.
