Again and up to June 26, 2007 shareholders of Deutsche Wohnen AG have the
opportunity to convert their registered shares into bearer shares. Bearer
shares and registered shares grant same rights to Deutsche Wohnen AG.
Starting from today the convertion form is available on
http://www.deutsche-wohnen.de for download.

Shareholders should deliver the completed and signed form to their
custodian bank, this promptly. Nominee stocks can be converted en bloc by
custodian banks.

The convertion takes place on June 26, 2007 - then quarterly.

Up to now already 96.3 percent of all registered shares were converted into
bearer shares. Deutsche Wohnen AG recommends the convertion, this
particularly due to liquidity aspects. The liquidity of the bearer shares
of Deutsche Wohnen AG is obviously higher than the liquidity of the
remaining registered shares. In addition the bearer shares are listed in
the SDAX and wo have a higher notice at the capital market than the
registered shares.
