Deutsche Wohnen: Solid Performance in the first three months of 2026

Berlin, May 13, 2026. In a stable environment for the real estate industry, Deutsche Wohnen SE delivered a solid operating performance in the first three months of 2026.

The Adjusted EBITDA was €190.9 million. The vacancy rate remained at a very low level of 1.6%.

Other relevant KPIs also developed in line with expectations. The Adjusted EBT from continuing operations was €151.7 million. On a per-share basis, the Adjusted EBT came to €0.38. The NAV remained stable since year-end 2025 at €17,080.2 million or €43.03 per share. The LTV was at 28.4%. The carbon intensity was 32.2 kg CO₂e/m².

The forecasts for the 2026 financial year remain unchanged.
