board of Deutsche Wohnen AG will leave the management board by mutual
agreement with effect as of November 11, 2015. The responsibilities of Mr
Segal will be taken over by Michael Zahn (Investor Relations, Legal) and
Lars Wittan (Corporate Finance).

since January 2014.
