דיווח מיידי – דלתא גליל תעשיות בע"מ

סיכום ראשוני של תוצאות רבעון רביעי 2003

דלתא גליל תעשיות בע"מ מדווחת היום כי על פי סיכומים ראשוניים, במכירות הרבעון הרביעי של שנת 2003, חלה ירידה של כ- 5% לעומת הרבעון המקביל אשתקד.

הירידה במכירות ברבעון רביעי 2003 נובעת בעיקר עקב החולשה במכירות חג המולד והשנה החדשה באירופה ובארצות הברית, לעומת התחזיות המוקדמות של הלקוחות.

המכירות בכל שנת 2003 גדלו בכ- 2% לעומת שנת 2002.

הרווח למניה ברבעון הרביעי צפוי, על פי הערכת החברה, לנוע בטווח שבין 0.23 דולר ל- 0.26 דולר בהשוואה ל 0.26 דולר ברבעון המקביל אשתקד. הרווח למניה לשנת 2003 ינוע בטווח שבין 1.23 דולר ל- 1.26 דולר לעומת 0.88 דולר בשנת 2002.

על פי הערכת החברה המכירות בשנת 2004 צפויות לנוע בטווח של 650-670 מיליון דולר בהשוואה לסך משוער של כ- 578 מיליון דולר בשנת 2003, תוך גידול ברווח למניה.
