Delfingen Industry strengthens its strategic position

After having secured its financings, DELFINGEN INDUSTRY is looking at refocusing on its core business. That is why it has signed sale memorandum of understanding with the company CABLERIAS AUTO, S.L. for its wiring activity based in Portugal.

This business, which counts for 1% of DELFINGEN INDUSTRY's sales and employs about 30 people, has been losing money repeatedly.

The transfer should be effective on October 23rd, 2009, subject to a number of suspensive conditions.
