For informational purposes it is noted that on 11 November 2025 Linda Kesenfelde disposed of her remaining 420 000 shares of AS "DelfinGroup", together with the corresponding number of voting rights attached to those shares. Although, as a result of this transaction, the proportion of voting rights owned by Linda Kesenfelde does not fall below any of the notification thresholds in accordance with the provisions of the Financial Instrument Market Law of the Republic of Latvia, for the sake of transparency, following the aforementioned transaction, Linda Kesenfelde no longer owns any shares of AS "DelfinGroup" and has neither a direct nor indirect shareholding in the company.
