DelfinGroup registers new subordinated unsecured notes issue in amount of EUR 5 million

In order to further diversify the company’s funding structure, on 4 September 2025, AS DelfinGroup submitted documents to Nasdaq CSD, to register a new subordinated unsecured notes issue with the following characteristics:

Notes issue is structured as a private placement with EUR 100,000 minimum investment. Notes will be placed gradually, depending on the company’s subordinated capital requirements.
