DelfinGroup LV0000802718 note exchange offer results

Between 8 September to 22 September 2025, DelfinGroup carried out a note exchange offer. Within this framework, existing noteholders of LV0000802718, who held at least EUR 100,000 in notes were eligible to exchange their notes for the new LV0000106649 notes and received a 1% fee.

As a result of the exchange offer, the existing investors subscribed to the new LV0000106649 notes for a total of EUR 4,005,000. Consequently, the issue volume of LV0000802718 notes was reduced to EUR 10,995,000.

Exchange offer was arranged by Signet Bank AS.
