SIA ExpressCredit has made contribution to share capital of subsidiary

On 19th January, 2017  SIA ExpressCredit has made a contribution in  Bulgarian 100% subsidiary's share capital in the amount of EUR 500 000. The subsidiary has been established to obtain authorization for lombard and consumer lending activities. The Company has not yet decided on a specific start-up time and volume.

SIA ExpressCredit is a licenced non-banking consumer crediting company established in 2009. SIA ExpressCredit operates under the brands “Banknote” (up to 23.11.2015 - “Lombards24.lv”) and “Rīgas pilsētas lombards” in 39 biggest Latvian cities and populated areas through 90 branches offering pawnshop loans, consumer loans and money transfers in cooperation with "Western Union". More than 330 thousand natural persons have used the company’s services by in Latvia. SIA ExpressCredit employs 275 professional employees. SIA ExpressCredit has paid 2.6 million euro in taxes in 2015.
