SIA ExpressCredit shareholder annual meeting decision on profits for the year 2014

SIA ExpressCredit shareholders meeting on 30/07/2015 approved results for the year 2014 and decided to distribute profits for the year 2014 as dividends in the amount of 1 309 thousand EUR. The payout of dividends will be made till 30/11/2015 taking into account bond issue prospectus ISIN LV0000801322 and LV0000801280.
