Sub: Intimation of Board Meeting under Regulation 29 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosures Requirements) Regulations, 2015

Dear Sir/ Madam,

Pursuant to Regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, this is to inform that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Thursday, 21st May, 2026, to inter-alia

1. To consider and approve the Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the fourth quarter and Financial Year ended 31st March, 2026 and any other matter.

Further, as already informed, the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company has already been closed and shall re-open after the expiry of 48 hours from the declaration of the Audited Financial Results for the quarter and Financial Year ended 31st March, 2026 for the Designated Persons i.e. Directors, Identified Employees/Persons, Key Managerial Personnel, Promoters of the Company including the Immediate Relatives of the Designated Persons of the Company and for the Connected Persons covered under the Company's Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor, and Report Trading by Insiders.

1. Approval of re - appointment of M/s. Singhi & Co., Chartered Accountants as the Internal Auditor of the Company for FY 2026-27;
2. Approval of re - appointment of M/s JSN & Co., Cost Auditors as the Cost Auditors of the Company for FY 2026-27;
