Sub: Closure of Trading Window for dealing in Securities of the Company in terms of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 as amended ("SEBI PIT Regulations")
Dear Sir/ Madam,
Pursuant to the Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading and Disclosure Practices ("Code") and SEBI PIT Regulations, the Trading Window for dealing in Securities of the Company shall remain closed for the Designated Persons i.e. Directors, Identified Employees/Persons, Key Managerial Personnel, Promoters of the Company including the Immediate Relatives of the Designated Persons of the Company and for the Connected Persons from with effect from 30 May, 2026;
Accordingly, the Trading Window shall remain closed till 48 hours after the declaration of the results of the remote e-voting and voting at the EGM held on 27 June, 2026, and shall reopen thereafter in accordance with the applicable provisions of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the Company's Code of Conduct.
The above information is already being informed to the Designated Persons (Directors, Promoters, Key Managerial Personnel and relevant employees etc.) and immediate relatives of the Designated Persons in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading of the Company.
