The average billing for the preceding two fiscal years has been ₹80 crore per year. The Hon'ble Punjab State Electricity Regulatory Commission has passed an interim Order revising the tariff of Malwa Power Private Limited for a fixed tariff of Rs. 3.50 per unit as the PPA has expired on 26.04.2025. Further, the tariff of DEE Development Engineers Limited (Power Division) has also been revised to Rs. 5.255 per unit by Hon'ble Punjab State Electricity Regulatory Commission vide its order dated 15.05.2025; however, the Company has filed the review petition for revision of these tariff rates.
