**There are Power Purchase Agreements (PPA) in place with Punjab State Power Corporation Limited for our Biomass Power Generation business. The average billing for the preceding two fiscal years has been₹80 crore per year. The Hon'ble Punjab State Electricity Regulatory Commission has passed an interim Order revising the tariff of Malwa Power Private Limited for a fixed tariff of Rs. 3.50 per unit as the PPA has expired on 26.04.2025. Further, the tariff of DEE Development Engineers Limited (Power Division) has been revised to Rs. 5.255 per unit by the Hon’ble Punjab State Electricity Regulatory Commission vide its order dated 15.05.2025. A review petition was filed by the Company before the Hon’ble PSERC for reconsideration of the said tariff. During the hearing held on 23.07.2025, the requisite submissions and arguments were presented, and the Hon’ble Commission has reserved its order for pronouncement in due course. For ease of understanding,we have considered the order inflow and execution amount to be the same for thisperiod.
