**There are Power Purchase Agreements (PPA) in place with Punjab State Power Corporation Limited for our Biomass Power Generation business. The average billing for the preceding two fiscal years has been₹80 crore per year. The Hon'ble Punjab State Electricity Regulatory Commission has passed an interim Order revising the tariff of Malwa Power Private Limited for a fixed tariff of Rs. 3.50 per unit as the PPA has expired on 26.04.2025, however, the Company has filed the review petition for revision of these tariff rates. Further, the tariff of DEE Development Engineers Limited (Power Division) has also been revised to Rs. 5.877 per unit by Hon'ble Punjab State Electricity Regulatory Commission vide its order dated 20.08.2025, however, the Company is taking necessary legal measures to protect its interests and is in process to file appeal before higher authorities against the order of Hon'ble Punjab State Electricity Regulatory Commission. Kindly refer our press release dated 21stAugust 2025 for detailed information in this regard. For ease of understanding,we have considered the order inflow and execution amount to be the same for thisperiod.
