Further, as already informed, the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company has already been closed and shall re-open after the expiry of 48 hours from the declaration of the Un-audited financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30[th] , 2024 for the Designated Persons i.e. Directors, Identified Employees/Persons, Key Managerial Personnel, Promoters of the Company including the Immediate Relatives of the Designated Persons of the Company and for the Connected Persons covered under the Company’s Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor, and Report Trading by Insiders.
