1. Consider and approve the Audited Financial Results (Standalone & Consolidated) for the 4[th] Quarter and financial year ended 31[st] March, 2024.

2. Consider and approve the Audited Financial Statements (Standalone & Consolidated) for the financial year ended 31[st] March, 2024.

3. Any other matter with permission of the Chair.

Further, as already informed, the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company has already been closed from 26[th] June, 2024 and will end 48 hours after the results are made public from declaration of unaudited financial results of quarter ending 30[th] June, 2024 for the Designated Persons i.e. Directors, Identified Employees/Persons, Key Managerial Personnel, Promoters of the Company including the Immediate Relatives of the Designated Persons of the Company and for the Connected Persons covered under the Company’s Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor, and Report Trading by Insiders.
