Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we would like to inform that BSE Limited (“BSE”) and the National Stock Exchange of India Limited (“NSE”) have, vide their letter dated 14[th] August, 2024 (received by us at 7:53 PM and 6:58 PM, respectively) imposed a fine of Rs. 10,000 (Rupees Ten Thousand) each on the Company.

Since 15[th] August 2024 was the public holiday, we are disclosing it today, i.e., 16[th] August, 2024.

The details as required under SEBI Listing Regulations read with Circular no. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-1/P-CIR//2023/123 dated July 13, 2023 are enclosed as Annexure I.
