In terms of Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (“Listing Regulations”) read with Part A of Schedule III of Listing Regulations, this is to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on November 11[th] , 2024 , has approved the proposal to set up a new manufacturing plant at Village Lakhapar, Anjar, Kutch, Gujarat, India.
The details as required under Regulation 30 of the LODR Regulations read with SEBI circular dated SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated July 13, 2023, are provided in the Annexure hereto.
